Migration to hyper-v, license will not fly off?
Tell me, for sure someone went through this or a similar situation.
There are: 1 Server WS2008R2 (ADDS) + 1 Server WS2003 (FS)
I want to: raise Hyper-V on WS2008R2, migrate ADDS to the first virtual machine (using the WS2008R2 activation key) , migrate WS2003 to the second one (using the WS2003 activation key).
The question is - will it work (rhetorical, can you migrate using Disk2VHD or something else?) and is Microsoft's licensing policy violated?

You can also migrate via Disk2VHD. The licensing policy will not be violated if you raise Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2 Hyper-V and deploy virtual machines there, while deleting their "physical incarnations".
If in plain language - The license allows you two servers of certain editions, in what they will be (in physics or virtual) does not matter.
OEM licenses cannot be virtualized.
