Good day. There is a physical Debian server with several virtual machines, under KVM. (2 ubunts, 2 windows, mikrotik x86) You
need to temporarily move them to a PC under Windows.
The task is complicated by the fact that the Mikrotik license is tied to the hdd ID of the virtual machine, and when this hdd is converted to another format (for hyperV), this ID changes and the license flies.
Is there any option to convert a Mikrotik qcow2 disk into a disk for Hyper V or virtualbox? So that the disk id does not change?

Option 2 that I'm considering is to lift the same debian into hyperV and just copy everything from KVM there. I understand that this is a perversion, but it should work for 2-3 months in total, after which it will return back to the dedicated server.
In terms of load, these are mainly vpn clients on mikrotik, and a linear record of 10-20 mb per virtual machine ... that is, the load there is small, they are generally in "idle" right now
