Why does a virtual machine slow down in hyper v?

Can you please tell me why the animation of windows in the Hyper-v VM slows down (although the processes themselves do not slow down)? allocated 10GB of RAM, 6 cores, all of them are not characteristics, it seems like they are not dynamic. The only thing, I created the second generation of machines (uefi support). it is clear that the graphics are poorly rendered

The Hyper-V Manager window is not intended for working with machines, it is for administering them.
Set up the appropriate remote access to the machine to work with it.
