Microsoft is trying to take my money, what should I do?

Good afternoon. Every week this company tries to withdraw a large amount of money from my card, thank God that there are not so many there. I had an active Azure subscription, I canceled it a week ago, but this morning again I received an SMS from my bank about an attempt to make a payment.
I want to unlink my card from my account, but it doesn't work. In the card settings (in the account settings) it says that there are no linked subscriptions, but when I click on "Delete card", it says that there is some kind of active subscription, although I have already canceled the subscription in Azure! Help please, what to do?
