Why is Azure for Mac constantly uploading some information to its servers?

Installed Azure Cli on Mac. After a couple of days, I notice that something is breaking into the server 10 times per second, killing the computer

And I watch how Azure Cli unloads something, about 9.7mb in 10 minutes.
24 385 connections per hour.
What is he uploading? My personal data?
A good reason to think about the fact that Microsoft has not changed.
