Microsip - Cannot get IP Address of the called host - how to solve?

There are a couple of computers. If from one in MicroSIP to call on another, then there will be a call. If from which one they called to call the one from which they called, then there will be no call and "Cannot get IP address of the called host" will be knocked out. What is the problem? How to decide?
