decided to install sccp.so from the ubunta repository. In the settings, I chose not to update the configuration, but for some reason he pulled all the Asterisk 16 modules with him. And it didn’t work. I had to clean and reassemble the 18th.

Wang that Asterisk simply did not have time to load the res_config_mysql.so module. Try giving it a download priority. In the modules.conf file, specify
preload => res_config_mysql.so
