Microsft store won't open, can you help?

After reinstalling Windows, the Microsoft store only opens for 3 seconds and closes immediately.

install\roll back windows updates, check the result

And if everything rests on the fact that you need to install some kind of appx, then to hell with the store. You can download the file and install via PowerShell
