How to create a Raw image of the system drive "C" with Windows server 2012 using the "dd" program (Windows version))?

Help, what specifically to register in dd? You need to create a Raw image of drive "C" on an empty drive "D".
Like I write commands, but nothing happens.

@Olej

$ sudo cp /dev/sda3 /dev/sda5
... and go drink some coffee ;-)
(naturally: /dev/sda3, /dev/sda5 - it's up to you to figure out what your C:, D: are called first)

And why do you, if not a secret? The standard Windows backup utility can "hot" create not even a RAW image, but a VHD, which will include only used FS blocks.
