Microcomputer under Esxi powered by Poe?

Is there anything on the market for microcomputers or just small mobile desktops that satisfies the following requirements:
1. Not big.
2. x64 platform (Atom/analogues), on which ESXi can be installed (one non-highly loaded virtual machine will spin inside, Esxi is needed in order to add several ports to the virtual machine by wrapping them in a VLAN).
3. The hardware must be powered by PoE (mandatory).

Are there any solutions on the market that meet these requirements?

In theory, you can get 50W over an Ethernet cable, but in practice, you're tormented by looking for a pair of 802.3bt Type 3 devices to do both injection and power down. And normally, you shine no more than 20 watts.
