How do I set virtual ESXi to automatically shut down when the lights turn off?

Good afternoon!
Prompt in what party to dig at the decision of such question.
There is ESXi 5.5, APC ipb (I don’t remember which one yet, if necessary I’ll write later, and if necessary we’ll replace it). This uninterruptible power supply is connected via USB to a Windows 7 computer.
When I turn off the power, can I make Windows go to ESXi and turn off virtual machines?
Or you need to connect UPS to ESXi. And carry out settings on ESXi?
If you need some special uninterruptibility, can you tell me what kind, what functionality should they have?

How to do it from Windows - I do not know. From linux, this is done approximately as described by the links above - apcupsd is installed, the script that is triggered during shutdown is configured. There are two options for shutting down ESXi - shutting down a single host by sending a command directly to the host (as in the links above) and shutting down a host by sending a command to vCenter, which will shut down the host
As I did.
Oops is connected to ESXi, to the comport, with a special cord (easily soldered according to the appropriate schemes, if there is no complete one).
A virtual machine with a centos is installed, a comport is forwarded to this virtual machine
In the centos, apcupsd is launched, which sends a command to the host to shutdown with a pearl script (with minor modifications).
If you're interested, I'll edit the answer.
