There are two remote offices connected using Mikrotik routers.
l2tp is used.
The 3rd office is now being added. Mikrotik is also on it
. All 3 sides have a white IP and one provider.
It is necessary that each office had a connection with 2 others.
How to do it right in this case.

Maybe you should make sure that each Mikrotik has a tunnel to each Mikrotik, i.e. one mikrotik + 2 tunnels?
Amount: 3 Mikrotik 6 tunnels....more or less understandable?

I believe that it is necessary to raise two VPNs from each point to the rest of the sites. IPSec would be a very good solution...
