There is a home wifi network distributed by the mikrotik hap lite router, I want to connect the EPSON XP-605 MFP to it.
The printer sees Wi-Fi, connects to it, the computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network, but the printer does not see point-blank. HOW SO? Where to dig? Everything is in order with the MFP, everything worked without problems on the old CISCO router.

Do you allow traffic between clients in the Wi-Fi network? Connect a PC via a wire and check - if it finds - you need to correct the Wi-Fi settings. May the force be with you =)

Not enough information. Post your Mikrotik config on pastebin.com — Terminal —> export compact , after deleting the passwords.
How does a computer find a printer on a network? The utility from EPSON or IP is registered in drivers. It is possible that over Wi-Fi you have already received a completely different IP than that specified in the drivers.

Connect the printer with a cable and set up a Wi-Fi network on it.
If it doesn't respond, then something is wrong with it.
