Megafon LTE not working on Lumia 920

Yesterday I decided to try 4g from Megafon. I went to their office, received a USIM card, connected an Internet package with 4g support (Internet XS + 4G). In the phone settings, in the "Access Point" section, I have the "Megafon LTE" item, which I activated. In the "Data transfer" section, 4g is also listed as the "fastest connection":



However, the best I get is an H + icon indicating a connection via HSPA, speedtest.net speed is about 5 Mbps.

What could be the jamb, maybe I missed some other setting? What needs to be done to make LTE work anyway?

As they write on w3bsit3-dns.com, in order for the LTE megaphone to work, you need to not only connect the package with its support, but also reconnect it if it was connected before changing the SIM card to usim.
