Make a Linux Mint image and transfer to another computer?
Good afternoon, I have a computer with Linux Mint. I want to make a full copy and save it to a USB flash drive, so that later, if necessary, I can deploy it on the same computer. Essentially a complete backup of everything.
How can this be done?
1. You need to make an image of the hard drive
2. Somehow then roll it onto a new hard drive.
I would like to do this without the participation of another computer.
I don't really like the option to connect the hard drive to another computer, and make an image like dd on it, because. firstly, the image will weigh 120 GB (the entire hard drive), although in fact 20-30 GB is occupied.
