How to choose usb webcam in new skype on linux mint?

Previously, there seemed to be a choice of settings, which webcam to use, but now I can’t find it. It's just that an old netbook works like a system unit with a closed lid, but Skype stubbornly displays video from its built-in webcam, while not allowing you to choose another one. In other programs where there is a setting, both work.

Skype in Linux was heavily "pokotsan" protom intentionally. (Well, or it purely coincided with the time of buying it yourself, you know who)
Almost all the functions were cut out in it (up to the display of pictures), and after that they announced the termination of support for Linux.
Motivating writing a new version.
In short, Skype in Linux will soon work through wine
, or use third-party software that supports the skhpe API
