Why can't Yum find the mytop package?

I'm already dancing with the drummer. Everything is fine on the neighboring machine, but on the problematic
machine yum search mytop gives Warning: No matches found for: mytop
Can anyone tell me something?
URLs in `/etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo` are the same, enabled is set to 1
