How to enable touchpad gestures in Linux Mint Cinnamon?

Good time of the day!
This is not the first time I have encountered a situation where, after installing the system and installing all the necessary proprietary drivers, there is not enough functionality for the touchpad. It seems that there are gestures, for example, for scrolling, but all other gestures are missing (zoom in, zoom out, horizontal scroll). There is even a horizontal scroll, but it works somehow strange ... If in windows 10 it confidently scrolls horizontally, then it also works vertically)
Who solves this issue? What drivers are needed?

In Linux Mint 19.3 there is another package for working with the touchpad, you can try to install synaptic:
sudo apt install xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
