Before the release of Windows 10 2004 (20H1), I decided to install MacOS 10.15.4 (Hackintosh Catalina). Everything works in principle, even NewSpace 2 (2012 mod for Freelancer 2003 (Windows ONLY)). But there are also problems: in Windows 10 1909, the HP LaserJet 1100 (MS) (LPT) printer (PCI-E to LPT2 card) and the Mustek BearPaw 2400CU Plus scanner worked. I installed drivers for the scanner and Bear Paw Panel via CrossOver (wine), but the driver panel did not find the scanner connected via USB.
How to run and install drivers for data scanner and printer in MacOS?

no way: either there are drivers for macos, or the device does not work in macos.
