How to write snippets / macros on a macbook?

Hello everyone, I bought myself a macbook, but so far it has not been possible to master it to the end. The bottom line is, I need a program that would play the macros I created, or snippets, in general, on Windows I had a hot keyboard pro program, where I could create a menu that opened on ctrl + ` and all my snippets were stored in this menu ( pieces of code) everything was divided into folders and it was as convenient as possible to navigate. There are analogues for the poppy axis, or you can do it using standard tools, snippets inside the text editor do not roll, I use many different programs, so I need a global one.
