Advise which film to choose or is it better to use a gasket between the screen and the keyboard? If yes, which one is better?

None is needed. Macbook keyboard doesn't scratch the screen. They have a limiter along the screen and everything is clearly calculated

Over the years of everyday carrying 13 firmware in my backpack, falls and active use, I have had traces from the keyboard.
If you use it as a stationary and carefully handle it, you can do without a film.
Or look for a matte film.
