Web design: Does it make sense to take the Air 13 to the i7, or is the i5 more than enough?

I choose a laptop for web design and layout.
I can’t decide whether it’s worth taking the Air on the I7 or can I safely save and take the I5?
I just don't understand these processors. They have a difference of 300 MHz
In fact, I work in Photoshop and Illustrator. I also make layouts. In general, I5 is enough for these purposes, or is it better to take I7?
