MacBook went into Bootloop Recovery. What to do?

Hello. Faced a problem. Due to some working software, recovery mode was locked. And to hell with it, the system itself works ok. It worked until the moment when, because of my stupid interest, I decided to go into recovery mode and see what was there. but the poppy does not want to boot back into the system. Can't get out of recovery mode. The lock is on full screen, asking for a password. How can I boot back into the system? Tried different combinations and nothing. Unable to boot into the system
