Macbook pro from ebay?

I decided to buy a macbook pro 15, 2013-2015, to buy a new one for 150k, not yet in finance. But in my city on Avito for the desired configuration they ask for 80-90k and a few of them, while at the same time there are a lot of offers of dollars for 800-900 on eBay. Which gives almost 30% savings and a normal choice. The problem of delivery seems to be solved by using services such as parcels. What pitfalls can still be expected? Order less than 1000 dollars is not subject to customs fees, sort of. The lack of a Russian keyboard does not bother me at all. I know that sometimes sellers on ebee can overestimate the characteristics, how does ebee support react to this, will the money be returned in case of jambs of the seller?

Buying on ebay is safe because there is a paypal that will refund the money immediately, even before you send it back. And you can return it in a month if it breaks.
If you buy from a local city outbid, and you come home and change your mind, or if it breaks in a month, then the outbid will not return the money. more and yell.
I would even say so. It’s better to buy from an American from an American for 20 thousand km from you through a paypal than in your porch from a Russian outbid. or even a friend/acquaintance. Because they can not return the money in the event of a breakdown on the second day.

enough pitfalls. I would single out the main problems with the fact that you still don’t see what you really get, and also you can’t control what exactly they will deliver to you in what form and what quality, for example, they can break the display on the way (I had this) and most likely no one for you will not compensate for this damage (although you can try to take something from the transport company). In any case, this is an additional hemorrhoids associated with the fact that you can get something completely different from what you expect. It's better to just buy from local dealers.
Also keep in mind that you will need to lose around 5% (depending on the bank) on the conversion of rates when paying.
Regarding customs, even if there is no fee, they can force you to provide some information that this particular product is allowed for import, etc., well, or just keep it for an additional month and check something.

The quintessence of purchases on Ebay:
"Field of Miracles" on April 1 of the shaggy year,
Priz sector,
a man bargains and takes the prize,
Yakubovich takes out the keys, the hall explodes,
then Yakubovich takes out a padlock
