How many days does it take to refund money to the card?

I live in Belarus and actively use ebay (payment via paypal). It happens that the parcel does not reach and the seller makes a refund. It takes me at least 5 days before the money appears on the card, which, it seems to me, is not enough ...
How are things with you, how many days do it take before the money appears on the card?

According to any international banking standards - up to 60 days, in exceptional cases up to 90.
In fact, more than three weeks is rarely slowed down, usually in a week, depending on banks.
The Chinese like to pull longer (sometimes up to a month), Europeans like to pull less (there weren’t more than a couple of weeks, usually it doesn’t even reach a week).
