Macbook pro 2015 15 started to slow down after updating to macos catalina?

Everything seemed to be ok on mojave, I bought it yesterday, updated it to catalina (10.15.5), started to slow down a bit when turned on, icons on the desktop (finder) take a long time to load, it can roll back, maybe someone came across, a clean poppy 50gb is busy everything should not seem to slow down like that

I upgraded to Catalina MBP 2011 with 10GB of RAM and replaced the HDD with an SSD, I did not notice a difference in performance.
