Why are krakazyabry displayed along with the text?
Such a disaster. Macbook air 13 2016. OS X 10.11 El Capitan. In the Text Editor, when you open the text, krakazyabry is displayed along with the text. Changed codes and stuff. Did not help. Thought Sublime would save. And it also opened a file with different encodings, but alas, it did not help. How to fisk? Help me please)

On the server, look at the aspect ratio of the image and, when generating html, put one or two columns.

If the file is Windows, then you don’t need to shovel encodings there, most likely win-1251.
And if the file is an ancient win9x younger, perhaps: CP866, KOI8-R.
This applies only to the text in Russian if it was in the file.
Alternatively, the text can also be in UTF-8\16(LE\BE) if the file is from Windows, with or without BOM. many editors stumble over the BOM.
