Macbook Pro 13 Mid 2012 slow or not?

Available in Macbook Pro 13 Mid 2012 (4 GB RAM). Before that, there was no experience with Apple laptops, so there is nothing to compare with. Tell me, is he slowing down or is this normal?
With Chrome open with 14 tabs and myTuner Radio launched various programs: CleanMyMac 3
launches in 14 seconds
Lightroom launches in 35 seconds
Word (Office 2016) launches in 2 minutes or maybe immediately in 2-3 seconds Working condition: Hard disk (450 MB) is 50% full On the desktop 2 folders and 2 photo files Free RAM 200 MB Very few programs installed
Windows 7 is installed through Bootcamp.
In general, it feels like a very big slow-witted :) If you boot into Windows on it, then the difference in speed is twice as high.

Perform a full disk test, usually implicit poppy brakes are associated with file system errors.

He himself has such a machine, and yes he is stupid. I sin on yosemite. A month ago I installed 16 GB of RAM, now I see that after launching the system stupidly eats up 4 GB for itself, immediately, just after the start.
I plan to roll back to 10.9 or even 10.8, in general, to the system for which it was designed.
+ in parallel I plan to switch to ssd
