Macbook overloading sound?

After upgrading to EL With Capitan, the sound became overloaded, I also used the boom2 program for the equalizer before, demolished boom2, but the problem appeared. Tried different ways to knock down the settings on the speakers and internal speakers, the problem remains.

boom2 demolished through the built-in uninstall or just sent to the trash?
if the second, put it again and take it down as expected.
