Mac + pyCharm\phpStorm and keyboard symbols?

Good afternoon!
I'm trying to figure out how to work in the environments mentioned above after win and I don't understand anything.
Auto-completion doesn't work, according to the combinations offered in the environment ( ctrl + space for example ), a spotlight opens, auto-completion does not work as such. What's the matter - I can not understand.
For other combinations, it also only displays empty lines ((

The question is idiotic, but you do not confuse ctrl with Cmd? By default, Spotlight should pop up on Cmd, autocomplete on ctrl.

Makos covers hotkeys with his own. Unnecessary hotkeys (spotlight, etc.) can be disabled in the system settings, and then everything works fine, checked.
