How to remotely connect iphone to mac os x 10.11?

Colleagues, tell me the solution to the following problem:
There is a piece of iron (mac xserver 3.1) on which el Capitan is installed without a server part and there is wi-fi located on a different subnet. What options are there to sync iphone with itunes on this poppy?
The subnets are different, but traffic between them is allowed.

@dexless

Maybe there are some options for forwarding a physical port to a poppy) maybe there is some kind of vnc (one poppy, the rest on Windows) a client working with usb forwarding?)
On the apple website I see the possibility of synchronization via wi-fi. But it says about "Must be in the same wi-fi network." And here it turns out that the networks are different and in the case of mac xserver3.1 there is only lan.
