How to recover data from a deleted disk partition?

Foolishly deleted a disk partition on a poppy book with all the data. Now the laptop won't boot. Can you please tell me how to recover a deleted partition with data? The data was about 430GB, is there a chance to recover from most of it?

If the data is overvalued - take it to an office for restoration, only a normal one - see Zettabyte , for example.
They will look at it for free and give you a price tag. If they want money for diagnostics - a reason to find a decent office.
If you feel sorry for the money or are too lazy to go, then the data is not so important. Then you can try it yourself. You will need a working PC. Install data recovery programs like R-STUDIO on it, connect the problematic disk, ideally, remove a sector-by-sector image from it to another drive, pick the R-STUDIO image to restore the partition. The Testdisk mentioned in the comments is also not bad. If nothing was written on top, there are chances.
In any case, the recovered data is uploaded to a different disk, not the one you are restoring.
You may also be wondering if you need backups and cloud sync.
