PyCharm won't start after mac os update?

After I updated the Mac, the axis stopped starting, reinstalling did not help, the error was
"To open PyCharm, you must install the traditional Java SE 6 runtime." but it is installed, reinstalling Java didn't help either, what should I do?

Apple has made a java package to support. You can get acquainted with the package and download it here https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?viewlocale=en_...
Everything worked for me.
