How to properly install Wacom drivers on macOS?
So it goes.
I have a Wacom Intuos pen&touch.
I download the latest firewood from the site for the macbook, install it and the panshet starts working, but:
1) A lot of unnecessary rubbish is installed
2) After restarting the computer, the tablet simply stops working and I have to put firewood again.
What to do with this whole thing? How to avoid problems?
Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
Run Install Wacom Tablet.pkg and install the driver.
And do not delete anything, including helpers, or allow them to be installed if you have any protection that can block them.
After installation and reboot, check if firewood is loaded,
kextstat | grep -e "FTDIKext\|SiLabsUSBDriver64\|Wacom" You
should also look at the logs by the name of the mb driver, there will be a mention of why it is not loaded, logs when the device is connected.

Well, put the firewood under the supported version of the system, you wrote "macOS" macOS is the latest beta version of the system 10.12, there are no drivers for it, 10.9 \ 10.10 \ 10.11 is Mac OS X or OS X + title, OS X Yosemite, etc.
