Why does osx freeze?

Hello!
Sometimes when you start some programs, os x freezes on macbook pro
. The cursor moves, the music plays (if it played before), but I can’t interact with anything
. Only the hardress helps ...
Does anyone know how to treat it?

It was a program conflict with Chrome
Chrome was updated and then these freezes began

Check the system for errors through the console (Applications / Utilities / Console), see what conflicts in the system.
