Mac OS passwords do not match, what should I do?

rebooted the computer, pressed CMD + R - I wanted to load and format the disk, the Firmware Password Protection window popped up. I don't remember the password. Tried to pick up, does not fit. Entered 20 times incorrectly. I rebooted, tried to enter my profile - the password does not fit. The password for the account does not fit, even where it was 123. As if passwords were reset from accounts.
I can not log into accounts, and format the disk!

And google and google the way at the office. Have you tried the Apple ID password reset website?
Well, or here's a way: CMD + R at boot time, in Utilities, click "Terminal", write resetpassword there, then you'll figure it out yourself.
