Mac mini Server 2011 in 2015 for web development - right choice?

Hello.
I want to take mac-mini for web development. A good option turned up - Server 2011.
I want to expand the memory up to 12 GB, install an SSD.
Embarrassing built-in video intel HD 3000. The
question is very abstract, but nonetheless. The option is more or less attractive in terms of price. Will it have enough performance for my needs or overpay and take the 2012 model on core i5 (2 cores)? Will I notice a difference?

and for web development IMHO you even have an intel HD 3000 for your eyes ...

Enough for the eyes, by the way, in the models of 2011 there are also i5 and i7 the difference between 11 and 12 in USB3 ports, they are not on the 11 server. If sclerosis does not change me in model 11, there was a separate discrete vidyuha from AMD, please clarify this point.
