Mac book won't start, how to fix?

Tried to install Windows on a mac, created a new volume via Disk untility , then deleted it. Something stupid clicked, and now when loading a poppy I see a question mark, and the download does not go. I'm pretty sure I couldn't delete the main data volume. Please tell me, is it possible to restore the poppy without losing data?

what question? how to fix macbook not starting or is it possible to restore mac without data loss? if the first, then try FORCED to turn it off using the extreme (top right) button on the keyboard. and if the second, then if you deleted this volume, then the stump is clear, yes, and if not, then I don’t know myself
PS: I can’t understand if you have an iMac or a MacBook? if iMac, then everything is simpler, poke out the back of the case and plug the wire into the iMac, and if I don’t know the MacBook myself, I don’t use it often
