How to uninstall python 2.7. MacOS?

Hi all!
I know that this question has already been asked on the form, but I did not find a solution to my problem in the answers to it.
So, I have a poppy os 10.14.5 and I want to uninstall python 2.7 on it. I did
everything according to the instructions here:

(other links say +- the same thing)
And it seems like everything is ok - and there are no errors, and the python folder is also not found by the finder (exactly the same as it is not in Applications)
BUT everything from the terminal it starts up and everything works stably
wtf, guys, it's the first day on the poppy and I don't understand at all what kind of magic.

PS install via Homebrew
