Good afternoon, I lost the usb module for the HP X3500 wireless mouse (H4K65AA) | it is not possible to find it, the mouse is very good, I like everything. Is there any way to make it work?

Need a transceiver - you need to buy either a transceiver separately (sold) or a new mouse (same model) with a new transceiver.
There are no standards in this area, transceivers are not universal, a transceiver from another company will not work.
PS:
Some models can be charged with a regular USB cable.
If your mouse has such a connector, then you are in luck.

Contact technical support with a request to send a new one: adequate companies send it without problems. In other cases, you will have to buy.
