Lost feedback, is this normal?

Now I’m freelancing, every review counts, for a long time the other day I took the task, completed everything, the contract was closed, the next day a review appeared in the profile, and now I go to the profile and it’s gone, only the old review shows six months ago. Is this normal, is there some kind of technical problem? There is a review in the contract.
