Suspended UPWORK account. What to do?

Hello, I have a problem and I don't know what to do. Signed up for Upwork and started working there. Started very well and everything was great. Two weeks later my account was suspended. They forced me to send a passport and a financial document. With grief in half sent what they need. A couple of days later I received this letter:
Hello Egor Telnov,
I see you may have another user linked to your account.
In my review, your account appears to be linked with these accounts:
******@m***.ru
We only allow Upwork users to create one account for security reasons. You can review our full Terms of Service by clicking here.
Because we want to help you resolve this issue quickly, please reply to this email with any information that would explain the connection between these accounts. Based on your reply, I may ask for additional information or actions, but your first response will help me get start.
This is my girlfriend's email, and I asked her to come in and help me translate a letter from a client. I described all this to an upwork employee, but now I can’t find a place for myself. Waiting for an answer.
Do you think there is a chance to unlock it? Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

@lossyy

Did your girlfriend create upwork projects? How is it connected to your account, purely cookies and IP address, one computer? Services and sections of accounts intersect?

Read the rules, you were given a link. If you violated them and the violation is serious, then the account will be blocked, especially for two weeks.
