Should I try changing my review/rating on Upwork? And if so, where to start?

I will formulate briefly, maybe this will help to get specific answers.
Finished upwork. The work was difficult - a lot of additional requirements, sometimes the requirements changed to the opposite in the process of work. I got 3 points, although I did what I needed and even more (in fact 2 weeks, according to the tracker 25 hours). After the completion of the work, the customer continued to send tasks for revision. Offered him to do some of them for free if he improved the review. Tasks done - review has been corrected. However, when I refused the next one, I don’t remember what number of edits the customer changed the review again, already without my participation, and for the worse.
actually questions:
1. How can I change the assessment without asking for it from the opposite side?
2. Is it really impossible to change a private review once you leave it?
3. Can I fight if I provide Skype / email correspondence proving that:
• the tasks were larger than originally stated
• the tasks changed to the opposite in the process of work (literally!)
• I was offered to work bypassing the upwork through paypal (even when I indicated , that's against the rules.)
• I got a 3 for availability while responding ALWAYS promptly.

Z.Y. Actually, it's a funny situation. I'm doing a big project that costs more than 20 times the amount of this work. It is clear that the customer of a large project is satisfied, otherwise, we would not have worked for so long. But since the big project is not finished, it does not affect JS, but every penny small thing does. Where is the logic?

Solution:
It turned out that I was almost top rated. I received a couple of certificates, completed the profile, added a php test and got the status. All top rated can cancel any review once a quarter (after 10 completed tasks). Which is what I did.

Very funny story.
1) It is worth understanding one thing - you can’t try to negotiate with such clients, you will receive a different review, and so on. It's like on the Internet if you say heresy, then they will vilify you and calm down, but if you start floundering, then this will not stop. He will push and push with edits - leeches and so on
2) It's much easier to refound and delete a review and just forget, believe me - time heals and lets everyone go
3) In fact, there is no disaster in such a review - yes, it's not super, but not the end of the world.

On upwork, you can delete one review from an inadequate customer through the support, even there was some kind of special email, it’s not a problem to find it on the toaster,
so in your case nothing terrible happened

Are you sure you didn't give the customer the opportunity to change the review? Or did you open once, he changed the review, but then changed it again? If so, then try to write to support with clarification why this happened - recently I decided to ask those in advance about this. support, and here is our correspondence:
Me:
1. Client leaves me feedback
2. Client wants to change feedback
3. I allow him to do so
4. Client change feedback
...some time has passed...
5. Client again changes feedback.

In any case, I advise you to always write to the support service.

Do not look for logic where there is none, especially on upwork.
Regarding the removal - only top rated has this function, once in 10 projects, if you do not fit these parameters, then alas.
