Good day to all! Yes, this is already a hackneyed question, but I'm interested in recommended links to foreign resources. For example: Goa. I often hear / read that Goa is a paradise for our programmers, but so far I am skeptical about this. Suggest good resources for finding a job in this paradise.

The physical location does not affect the job search in any way, so you can choose any Thailand or the Philippines, and work using the Internet as a white person.

The mythology about IT is such a mythology... when, finally, the society will free itself from stereotypes in which a programmer codes under a palm tree. And obligatory in GOA or in Thailand.
