Company device. UI/UX designer. What am I doing wrong?

How many more tests to do? I have submitted my resume to many companies. When they sent me a test one, I executed it and loaded it into Figma. A total of 6 test ones have been released in the last month. Of these 6 test tasks, only 2 were viewed by the employer. (In the figma, it is clear that no one even entered.)

The first one that was looked at was simply thrown off to me with a template answer "not ready, etc." There were no comments on my work. Stupidly they said that they were not ready. Although the work was certainly not bad, except that the style could not be liked.
The second test that deigned to see. - wrote eychar that "received, checked." And I've been waiting for 3 days for comments on my design.

The question is, am I doing something wrong? Maybe I'm not looking for a company there? Everyone usually likes my design, especially for the test task I polished every pixel. It took 2 working days for each task.

And the second question is, why do companies post MANY vacancies if they don’t hire specialists for these vacancies? Tell someone that ui / ux can't find a job - they'll think you've gone crazy, there are a lot of vacancies.
In general, all my questions boil down to "why is there such a mess and sloppiness in the industry" and "what did I spend a month of my life on with these test ones"? In the same way, I can sit and wait and write letters on freelance. Why do we need these companies then?

Doing test tasks - that's what you're doing wrong.
The bottom line - the company wants you to make an effort, but they themselves are not ready to make them even in the form of an interview. The golden rule is a test before the social security (with company specialists, not xp), we pass by.
Kmk, you now have 6 fresh test ones, in general you can refuse test ones, just show the old ones.

Maybe you just don't have previous work experience. Or in some small town looking for a job. The first job is always hard to find, even with a good portfolio.
On UX, it might be worth showing projects that people actually use. Still, this is a rather complicated area, for work in which, in the west, they study for at least three years. There are even Master's Degrees.
