Advise the direction of development

Hello!
I am currently working at a research institute as a specialist in SEM, RMA and TEM, I can defend my Ph.D. in the near future, but I have no desire. I make good money.
In parallel, I developed a mobile game with friends, and soon it will be released in the app store and Google play with a major publisher.
While developing the game, I met a lot of energetic business people, with whom I so lack communication in science. I implement a project, achieve goals, learn a lot of new things. What I do, it turns out, is called a producer. In practice: I make gameplay, develop interfaces and make layouts for the programmer, write documentation, draw little things (buttons, buildings, maps), find money and people, resolve conflicts within the team.
The whole problem is that only 10% of the people in the lab really work towards achieving the goals, it upsets me, sometimes spoils my mood, and also spray and kickbacks!
And here there are 2 ways between which I hesitate:
1. Raise analytics to the world level with those 10% (it was like that in the USSR, there are still specialists), but you have to fight bureaucracy, bullshit and corruption, lie down and possibly fail .
2. Go into the development of games and applications, by whom?
Education:
1. Higher technical: Quantum physics and nanotechnologies
2. Higher economics: Financial management.
Thanks for understanding!

They will take them to another country with their hands. Even a translator will be assigned if you are an excellent specialist.
In this case, the choice is simple (on my part): you need to do what you like.
The mobile application market has very good prospects.
But the science is just as good. That's just your struggle can lead to nothing.
Many may simply refuse to change anything. Because many are simply afraid of change. And suddenly fired, and suddenly something else.
