Logitech Warranty Issues

I bought a Logitech K800 Wireless Illuminated Keyboard in a store - after three days of use, the fasteners on two keys at once ("z" and ".") broke. I wrote a letter to technical support, I get a response: “Logitech can consider your warranty case, but since the keyboard is new, Logitech will request that it be returned for inspection. As a result, such a procedure may take longer, and shipping may also cost you money. And no famous "break with a hammer and drown in a bucket."

On Habré (and in other places) I saw several stories about the successful replacement of broken keyboards and mice gnawed by cats. Has anyone experienced this kind of Logitech behavior?

Three days? And take it to the store?

in the G700 mouse, sometimes the wheel starts to rotate badly (it just sinks down completely, that you can barely move it).
wrote to support. they answered that I should contact the store and even gave links to consumer protection law that could help me in a conversation with the store (for example, that the seller cannot give a guarantee less than the manufacturer, and this is according to their rules for 3 years).
I called the store, they said to bring it and leave it for repairs for up to 45 days.
again wrote to logitech, complained that everything promises to be for a very long time. They said yes, that's fine. they didn’t offer to change it quickly themselves, they didn’t offer to give another mouse for the time of repair (they said, ask about it in the store).
The problem with the mouse no longer appears. I decided if it shows up again I'll take it to the store.
as a result, Logitech support did not send, but did not immediately rush to me to change anything to a new one. but in general, the impression of communication with support was rather positive.
