How (In the sense of software) is it correct to change mother + percent + memory in Win10?

Earlier, when the system administrator, remembered and applied the sequence of actions. But this is true for older OSes. How about now? Or is the OS doing everything itself now (which is unlikely, given the peculiarities of access to the same safe mode)?

Turn it off, take it apart, put it back together, turn it on.
You may need to correctly select the uefi boot modes and disks in the BIOS.

Bridges to change to standard and in the image.
When deployed - everything will work.
Next - we put all the firewood from the new hardware and that's it.

After replacing components, Windows 10 will most likely crash with errors after starting with new components. So that later you do not need to restore the OS, it is better to decouple the equipment using the SysPrep system preparation program . How to decouple equipment can be found in this article https://www.white-windows.ru/sysprep-shtatnaya-uti... Decouple components. Then turn off the computer. Install new components. Then turn on. Reset BIOS/UEFI settings to default. It will boot from W10 with the subsequent installation of drivers for new components.
P.S. If you have Windows 10 installed by upgrading Windows 7, there may be errors when starting SysPrep There is a solution - https://winitpro.ru/index.php/2016/08/02/kak-zapus...
