How to check the video card of a used laptop?

Hello! The task is to buy a used laptop. There are suspicions that the video chip was warming up (fried). How can you check this? I read that after such manipulations, a dark mark remains near the crystal, or traces of flux. There is an option to pre-check in SC, but will they be able to give the correct diagnosis there? Maybe there is a special software (I know only Aida) that will help to make a diagnosis?

Look only with handles after disassembly with the help of a person who knows what to watch.
Warming up is usually visible, but rolling can be overlooked. And the seller will not let you disassemble your laptop.
Special software will not show anything
