There are several Mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD connected in a chain (using POE), can I set up roaming on a Wi-Fi network and what is needed for this?

@ifossa The simplest, if your data goes over ethernet, then wifi from ethernet to the bridge. Wifi settings are the same at all points. Clients will connect to available hotspots as they move.

No way.
For full roaming you need a controller. Everything else is from poverty.
The most affordable controller solution is ubiquiti unify. Cheap and cheerful, as they say.
In any other cases, even with tuned transmitter power and identical network settings, there will still be dips
